More because it's fresh, some say not fresh, I don't know). Fried food - breaded fish fillet and FOC tempura prawn were a bit too dark maybe due to over fried? Mushroom Broccoli was too big. The chef may want to consider cutting the broccoli into smaller pieces. Assam Sotong was awesome.
