Paid for vegetarian bentos in addition to the buffet for my guests which the Driver initially lied that he forgot to bring it along. When I requested for him to go get it from the factory, he rudely ... More said by the time he returns, it will be the end of the event. And insisted he will get a refund for us. It does not take 3.5hrs to travel from Tampines to Woodlands, back to Tampines right? When insisted, he said the kitchen did not prepare and that was it. There was nothing he can do and we have to accept the refund. The attitude and tone was extremely unprofessional. When we decided we had to go out to buy the vegetarian meal for our 2 guests, the driver rudely said, if you want me to go buy the 2 meals, I will go. Is that what you want?? We did not want to argue further and got him to go get it as our guests were arriving and upon return, he told us to REMEMBER to put in a good word for him that he WENT OUT to buy the 2 meals and that he has to be reimbursed.
