We paid full cash and an order confirmation was send to me via email which stated the delivery will be at 11am . The catering only arrive at 1130am and all my guest was waiting for the food . By the time they completed the set up for 80pax portion. It’s 1150am . There was no handphone number to call Xin yi pin . It was a Sunday n the office line is not open . Food line contact number also not available. No one pick up our phone call and we don’t even know if the food is coming while our guest waited . Even if there is a traffic jam which cause the delay . There should be someone contacting us to update . Not even a HP number to contact .
