Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Please confirm your catering order 3 working days (Monday-Friday) in advance from your event date.

Full payment has to be made upon receipt of confirmation order. (*For non-corporate order)

Items are subjected to availability. We reserve the right to change any item with another or equivalent value subject to availability.

We do not do funeral orders.

Please be advised that in the event of refund, a 5% administration fee will not be refunded. This fee covers the cost of processing the original transaction and is non-refundable.

Upon confirmation, cancellation of catering order will incure a penalty of 50% of total price. Should cancellation be made only within 24hours from event date, there is a penalty of 100% of total food price imposed on customer.

Upon confirmation, no change in menu is allowed. However, we allow you to increase no. of pax but it has to be informed 2 working days in advance to event date, subject to availability of ingredients. Please email all requests to sales@yeamama.com.sg
