Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders should be made a minimum of 5 working days before the event date. For the Christmas Season, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and avoid any disappointment.

Pre-set up are mandatory for orders during the festive season.

We reserve the right to change the item of equivalent value without prior notice due to availability. All items are subjected to availability. Please note that additional terms & conditions may be applicable.

Upon confirmation, cancellation of catering order will incure a penalty of 50% of total price. Should cancellation be made only within 24hours from event date, there is a penalty of 100% of total food price imposed on customer.

Upon confirmation, no change in menu is allowed. However, we allow you to increase no. of pax but it has to be informed 2 working days in advance to event date, subject to availability of ingredients. Please email all requests to sales@yeamama.com.sg
