1) Food quality and staff for taking orders are good. They are very accommodating for me changing of some of the food item.
2) salad sauce is only 1/7 of the container for 25 pax. Which is ridiculous! I even confirmed with the staff and they said ... More it’s standard.
3) I requested disposable trays instead of warmer but warmer and set up came on actual day. Set up was not fantastic at all. Warmer was quite old and not polished. Driver didn’t bring disposable spoons and forks.

Luckily food quality was good, if not I was quite upset with the set up, salad sauce and the missing spoons and forks
