Delivered way to early and never advised the helpers that cakes should be refrigerated. By the time I arrived ( before the stated food ready time) all the cakes were soggy and melted and stuck to the cling film that covered the trays - quite ... More embarasing.
Chicken pie also soggy crust due to condensation.
