Damaged cake

Cake was damaged upon collection, the box is too flimsy, restaurant staff tried to help but obviously nothing can be helpful. Messages to the headquarter were not replied, only hours later that restaurant called to offer a free log cake, but ... More expecting self collect from the restaurant. Honestly I am not a cake fan so spending this much to get a damaged unicorn cake is definitely not worth for me.
