We bought a 2-tiered cake and macarons for our son's birthday. Everything was communicated via WhatsApp. White spatula was quite prompt in their response. Once we told them the theme, they were able to make suggestions in the right colours to match ... More the theme.

Room for improvement: Delivery was supposed to be between 930 -1030am but it only arrived at 11+am. Also, it would be nice if they could inform us what's on the cake, such as "happy birthday" sign, the age number, any candles provided etc. In the end there was no candles so we had to find a candle for my son to blow.
