Event time 10am to 4pm as booked. Till 5pm still never come. Called the cake shop they said don’t know and need to check. Called many times finally said the delivery man took the cake already at 1pm. They will call him and ask him to send the cake ... More immediately. He came at around 6pm, just left the cake and run away even never saw his face. The cake shop and delivery man no sorry no explanation, the cake was in outside for 5 hours and totally not cool already. The cake is expensive but taste so so only. Terrible experience in my son’s birthday. Definitely wouldn’t order anything from this cake shop again for ever. Those who want to order cake from this shop, be aware and careful.

We sincerely apologize for your bad experience we can understand how you feel . Unfortunately. This is exception from this outsourced driver . He did not follow the route planned for resulting the delay . However on the part of the cake rest assure ... More the handling is well taken care of . All cakes is chilled in ice box during transportation. So the cake remains fresh within the day . In regards of taste it is subjective . There is people whom really like and some don't .but we did our best in every product we served . Nevertheless . The delay of 2 hrs should be better managed .we accept this . Internally we had deal on the driver situation . If there someone we can do to make your next order a better experience we will . Do contact our sales . We will not fail u again . Sorry and thank you
