The food came almost an hour earlier and by my guests arrived, the food was cold. Caterer substituted 2 of the food without informing. The salted egg fish fillet were just fried fillet without a single taste of salted egg. The prawn paste chicken ... More were soggy and not crispy. The fried rice also tasteless. All other food okay only. Thus is my 2nd time order and really felt so disappointing.
