"Late for an hour. Did not inform clients. Horrible svc."

Service is horrible. Food was suppose to be ready at 5pm. We waited till 520pm and there were no signs of the caterer arriving. We tried calling all the hotlines on Stamford website. All the hotlines were only available till 3pm!!? Which caterer do ... More not have a hotline for customers to reach out to? We finally found a mobile number for bulk ordering and reach a sales rep on the line. She told us 5 more minute, then call back again to say car broke down. Need 15 more minutes. The food finally arrived at almost 6pm. There was no svc recovery even though sales rep promised that customer svc will follow up.
Horrible indeed. First and last time using Stamford
