"Keep up the good work, Hewtop!"

Overall, Hewtop provides well-planned and cooked dishes with variety. I valued highly that Hewtop has very few deep fried dishes.
One feedback + suggestion: we enjoyed the vinegar trotters and ribs dishes very much. But due to the size of the bones ... More and capacity of the tingket, we always end up having lesser meat compared to normal sliced meat dishes. We also don't appreciate that we got more of the bone section than bones with meat.
As a family, we ordered the maximum 6 pax tingkat, yet whenever trotters or ribs are served, the meat avaliable is barely enough for even 4 pax.
May I suggest cooking these type of dishes with meatier sections? Another suggestion is to pack the trotters or ribs in separate bigger containers for the portion the customers ordered.
