Disappointed Chinese New Year mini party set

It was disappointing that no cutlery like plates, bowls , spoons and forks were supplied .
We had to go out to buy them.
To make matters worse, no serving spoons or tongs were supplied too which the photo showed - we were using ours.

I chose ... More Stamford thinking that it will be better since it is rather reputable. But this time it is a bad experience among the many caterers which I had used the past years.
