Some concerns are responds to WhatsApp msg very slow.

Big issue with issuing invoices.
I have requested many times, but they take very long to reply and don't ... More seem to care or understand why a customer may need the original invoice. Other caterer issue invoices immediately after payment.

Isn't it frustrating ?

My feedback for this caterer is that other departments are providing very good service so don't spoil the company's professional image just because of administrative/operational hiccups.
