"Very disapoointed with the quality this round"

I have ordered twice from Xin Yi Ping every year. This time round was extremely upset by their quality of food.

The pineapple fried rice is not fully cook and mixed a lot of white rice in it.

And the Broccoli was not cut, is a whole chunk and ... More was not cooked, even adult comment cannot bite and too big, we need to cut ourselves. Even cut smaller piece is still very hard as not fully cooked yet.
