The main, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, was delivered sour. Tried to call the hotline multiple times but no one was answering the call. When the delivery man came back to collect the food, we feedback to him and he simply say contact the company. After ... Morethe event, when we tried to contact the company via hotline, still to no avail. Only managed to contact the company via email with food line in the cc. Only refund given is for the ‘rice’ portion. No service recovery was done. Instead of being apologetic, when we spoke to the customer service executive (Jan) and no agreement could be reached, we told her that we wish to speak to the manager, she then simply said ok and hang up the call on us. When we received a callback from the customer service manager (Ping), she was no apologetic either. She questioned us why we didn’t not contact them during the event when we discovered something was wrong with the food. When told that we tried, she then say that no company in the industry do service recovery. When told that we have 2 experiences which companies provide service recovery, 1 with a 100% waiver on the meal and the other one with a free bento meal delivered on another day, she replied “Oh! I will like to know which company does that. Even if you call the boss of my company, the answer will still be the same”. Worst customer service I have ever met. Will not recommend Stamford to anyone. Show less
