Almost can't confirm my order due to an administrative error. Was informed that my order can't process due to no driver for the week and my order was not able to renew despite I'm a renewal customer. In the end, i wasted my time to source for my own ... Morearrangement and I had to chase them for an update twice for a refund. Guess what, after my 2nd chaser for the refund, I was informed my order was accepted, and this was on Friday. Luckily I'm still sourcing for my alternatives else I might end up not able to order from this caterer again if I'm to order from other caterer. Pls improve on your communication. This is frustrating!
