The runners were very helpful in setting up the buffet.
However, most of side dishes & desserts are catered to exactly same no of pax ordered (there is extra provision as buffer). Only spring roll is with some extra buffer.

Thus, if you are ... More expecting your guests to take at least 2 pcs for each side dishes, you might want to order more.
