"Need Improvements Operationally."

Variety of the food was excellent and vendor made effort to have different menus each day. Some short-comings though: 1) first delivery came without rice; 2) My entire family suffered serious diarrhea after consuming a dish containing probably ... More expired coconut ingredient (It was a Tuesday and after complaining to the vendor, it was feedback that they had used coconut milk from the prior Saturday!); 3) the plastic containers were quite brittle and on a few occasions came cracked and sauces were leaking in the plastic bag causing a mess. Overall, I felt that the food was quite good but operationally there need quite some improvements.
