"Missing Rice for the second time"

Food quality was generally ok. Noted that the plastic boxes were changed to better quality material so previous incidences of cracked boxes were not repeated. There was an occasion when rice were not sent along with the dishes. Have made a complaint ... More to the vendor but no restitution was offered. This is a recurrent problem from the previous order. Seems like the performance of the supply chain/delivery team is lacking control. Improvement needed here.
