Thank you for your time taken to provide us with the feedback.
I have since informed my Executive Chef and he will look into it to see how we can further improve our food quality.
We have always ensured that we do a good job ... Morefor all our caterings, however this time round, we were not up to mark and lost the goodwill of your kind self. Our management take a serious view of all feedbacks from our customers as it helps to improve on our food quality and service standard.
Once again, please accept our humble apologies and be assured that this is definitely an exceptional and isolated case. Your satisfaction is important to you. We will be looking forward to the next opportunity to serve your good self in the near future.
