"Repeat customer with decent food, food were late on some day"

Repeat customer. There were a few occasions that food arrived pretty late (E.g. After 7pm) and tried contacting customer service but no response. The reason given thereafter was that the driver was on mc, I thought this could be handled better and ... More inform that there could be a slight delay due to whatever reason instead of customer contacting them and they go MIA. Nonetheless, the food was decent albeit some dishes were on the salty side, soup was also mostly tasteless.
