Don't understand why the vendor can't acknowledge the order via email and insisted voice call.. Everything now is either via email, whatapps or even an app to get thing done, but this vendor definitely has to improve its order processing process. ... More Even using SMS is not a good option now as many people are now subscribing SIM only plan....
