"Overall not a favorable experience, room for improvement"

Food portion look rather little in general. cheese tofu suppose to have chicken floss but none. prawn paste chicken has zero prawn paste taste and is cold. salted egg prawns no taste and not fresh also. food delivered on time but 4 hours after ... More event, nobody came for collection. we had to clear function room as there's a next booking timing. tried calling caterer several times but nobody picked up. in the end we had to move the trays outside and still no person in sight for collection.
