Bee hoon too soggy.
Rosemary Chicken too dry and tasteless so never lived up to expectations.
Potato salad is alright and cold which is good.
Mushroom soup too salty otherwise some guests love.
Dessert Pulut Hitam is smooth and fine but too ... More sweet(if less sugar added is good and healthier for consumer) though some of us love too.
Overall Service of Fusion Spoon Caterer Coordinator and service workers who delivered the food to setup are great. If taste of food can be improved from my suggestion above, will be very happy to order from them again.
