There was a mistake on the 1st day when 3 dishes + 1 soup were delivered instead of 4 dishes. Not much issue apart from two very late deliveries throughout the 20 days - It was later than the usual time by 1 hour once and 2 hours for the 2nd time. ... More

Customer service was friendly.

Food is generally decent and it got better towards the end albeit more oily too.
