The guys came in as proposed at 12.45pm, setup was real quick all in all about 15 mins. We started lighting up the burners at 1.15pm, and guest arrived since from 1pm, so by the time we completed our Lo Hei plate, the food was nice and warm at ... More1.40pm, makan time lasted for next 2 hrs and food still tastes great. Most guests stayed away from the prawns simply because they could not bother to peel the shells so point to take note next time, order prawns without shells next time :-)
The Rendang Chicken was raved about, the Fish Fillet was pretty good too, as is the Crabmeat with Egg. The guys will be back at 7pm for pickup and cleanup... Show less
