Ordered for 30 pax but food was more than enough. Guests got to takeaway too! All the food selections were quite palatable. Crowd fave dish was the Signature ‘Bi Feng Tang’ Fried Prawn (not de-shelled but prawns were cut in halves for easier ... More peeling). Note that Swatow Signature Chicken is served cold with dipping sauces provided. Teochew Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts is provided with separated light sugary syrup for pouring over.
