Some unpleasant experience with the delivery guy. I didnt managed to have his name.

1) The utensils, paper plates and Cups were insufficient. Did not experience this issue for my past Buffet ordering. Ended up I have to personally purchase the ... More utensils outside when my guest told me its ran out. This is embarrassing.

2) I have informed the sales before confirming the order, that my event is from 1pm to 5pm. Requested the keeping of buffet can be after 7pm and was acknowledged. Apparently, the delivery guy came to my event venue at about 4.45pm and wanting to keep the catering. After some negotiation, the catering was kept at 5.15pm to "accommodate" Roonie Kitchen.

Perhaps the service can be better...
