Following our recent positive experience with this caterer, we decided to engage the company again for a family member's birthday. We were generally pleased with all the dishes with the exception of the chicken cutlets which were tough and rather ... More teeth-unfriendly, possibly due to prolonged frying which caused them to be overcooked. However, the delightful tenderness of the pork loin and the good quality of the other remaining dishes were more than enough to compensate for the subpar chicken. Our special requests for having the lemon sauce separate for the chicken and reduced sweetness for the cheng tng were met, and the service provided by the staff attending to my order was commendable. Total score 15/15, based on delicious food, good service & good overall value.
