"The dishes were not up to standard"

- lobster ball: very hard and cold (we ate it immediately after it was served), almost unable to chew… chilli crab dip was too little

- yuzu drink: warm…… no ice at all when first served, very disappointing. driver came a second time to ... More pour the ice in only after 1-1.5 hours later..

- dessert: tasted like plain water, longan had no longan taste, feels like they were chewing on nothing, not sure how and why a canned longan and grass jelly dessert can be botched like this..

- other main dishes were rather disappponting too, some said they tasted clumps of salt/ msg in one bite and tasteless on the other bites. many of the older people said it doesn’t justify the price point of ~$20 per pax and even asked me what is this catering company name so they will avoid it..

- roasted vegetables were good though
