Excluded some days for tingkat. Caterer checked with me via WhatsApp on my order, which was exactly the same as what I put on Foodline.
Turns out the invoice generated seems to be for everyday, which the caterer and myself missed out on.
Since ... Morethis order is for someone else, I didn't notice that the food came everyday, including the days I excluded. So until the person I ordered for mentioned that the food hadn't arrived for 2 weeks, I called caterer to confirm.
While I admit it was fault for both parties (myself and caterer), the person seems to blame me instead, and insisted it was my fault for not checking, and that when the food was sent, we didn't mention anything.
Lesson learnt for me to check the invoices sent out, but pls pls, for caterer, pls check the order twice or more.
Rating 1* for poor customer service, since person didn't feel apologetic at all. Show less
