"Poor customer and delivery service but food was fine"

Food was generally fine but portion for 30 pax was abit low for the rice dishes. There wasn't enough rice for a 28 pax celebration, first time in my life I encountered a event or catering that didn't have enough rice for guests.
Service was really ... More bad because the delivery man was rushing to deliver the food as early as 10am which I set it at 1130am for my food to be ready when I ordered. By the time my guest came at 12pm, food was cold. To make thing worse, the deliveryman called again to clear the food at 2pm. End up, he came at 120pm! Some of my guest came late at 1-130pm, end up i need to dish out all the foods to plastic plates and drink into plastic cups to allow them to clear. I would say this is the worse catering experience I ever encountered and won't order from stamford catering anymore.
