Food quality was satisfactory. the lunch i ordered was indicated to be consumed before 01:40 pm, but few times because of urgent clinic visits we reached home ard 2 pm, by that time food turned a bit sour. hence on some days we postponed the lunch ... More to avoid this. by the way customer service was awesome.. they were quite accomodating to our request and responsive too..
