"Not a very experience for me in terms of food and service"

First time engaging e creative catering and it turns out to be a bad experience for me. Firstly, the golden salted egg fish came without the crispy fish skin. Broccolis and cauliflower were all so big. Portion of rice and noodles were big enough. ... More But the rest of the dishes were in rather small portion.

Next is the collection timing which is a nightmare! Have informed them to collect by a certain timing as there were another family using the function room after mine. But after few hours, the person has yet to turn up to collect the catering. Ended up being chased by the security guard repeatedly and even have to pay a penalty fee. No hotline to call on Sunday and not even a contact person to call in situation like this. Highly won’t engage this caterer again
