The Gongbau Fish Fillet and Fish Fillets with Ginger and Onion were very nice.

The Western Chicken was superb as it reminded me of the filling in chicken pie !

Thanks to the chefs for leaving out the batter coating for the fish fillet ; it is ... More a vast improvement without the think flour coating ! Well done !
