The caterer thought I had ordered for dinner instead of lunch and my food did not arrive the first day. They sent me food at 3.30pm even though I requested for dinner on that day since they forgot my lunch order. Food came cold. On the second day, ... More food came at 1pm (much later than I usually get my food). Subsequent days I got my food at 10.30am. Caterer was quick to reply me, just that service recovery not great. No follow up as well. Bit ill still order from them because of rhe reasonable pricing.
