"Good value for money"

Caterer was slightly late. resulting in loss time for my preparation.

He also forgot the plates and cutlery in the van till I reminded him, resulting in further loss of ... More time.

"Dear Ms Khong,

Please note that our deliveries are subjected to a 30mins to 1-hour buffer before or after your preferred timing of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic & volume of orders.

With regards to the cutlery, we have spoken to the driver and reminded him to be more careful when carrying out his duties. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.
