1) buffet setup was wrong despite our repeated reminders via phone and emails! We requested for maroon skirting for buffet setup as we have a color theme to match with. Instead, the delivery man came with gold skirting. According to the delivery ... Moreman, Kim's kitchen DID NOT brief him on our requirements.
2) most of our guests mentioned that sweet and sour fish was sour. And glutinous rice was tasteless.
3) delivery man was late in collection. As we were late in returning the event venue, we tried calling the office number AND hp number stated on the website, non of the calls were answered.
4) our overall experience with the salesperson and food was a disappointment.
We engaged the buffet service on 2 consecutive days. As the food, especially fish was disappointing, after countless calls to the caterer this morning, we finally managed to get hold of the sales coordinator to request for a change in fish menu and the reply we get from her was they are NOT able to change the dishes due to last minute notice.
