"Good food, but service can be improved."

Food was good. Seems to be same as hewtop catering which I ordered from before last year. Same aunty doing the deliveries and food quality very similar. But this is cheaper than hewtop so great!!!

However, the service quality isn't as good as ... More hewtop last year. I've put in the comments that we do not want any spicy food including pepper. Also whatsapped the service staff to remind which he replied okay, but eventually still received the pork chop with black pepper ????. Also stated don't want bittergourd but still received bittergourd soup.

Delivery was at approx 4pm daily. A bit too early for dinner I feel. Though it is during the time range stated. I had to arrange someone to be home at that timing daily to bring the food into the house and refrigerate it. There was 1 day that I didn't do so and the soup turned a little sour.
