The food arrived punctually and was ready to serve at stated time. Full marks for that. However instead of long tables, 2 square tables were used and there wasn't enough space for dishware and cutlery as well as the yusheng platter. Also only 2hours ... More were given to finish the food which I think it's a little short. Food was generally good except for the herbal chicken which wasn't well steamed, so it was a little tough.
