"Acceptable Food and Great Service"

This is my second time ordering the 20-Day Dinner Tingkat from the same caterer. I like their soups except those with tang kuei which they usually substituted with another dish as requested. However, whenever they forget to substitute and I call to ... More complain, they will always make good by giving an extra dish the next day. On certain days, they even give the extra dish for no reason.

The food is acceptable, at times quite good, and there is no MSG which is very important for me, but the service is really good and they are flexible whenever a request is made.
