Family loved all the items except Bee Hoon which is a little wet. All of them are very fresh. Salted egg chicken is a little spicy which we did not expect but still tastes great and easy to eat as boneless. Curry pork is quite unique. Sliced fish ... More with lemon sauce and fried chicken with Thai sauce are good as sauce is also served separately. Pork ribs with sweet sauce is tender and non-fatty and boneless making it easy to eat. Spinach and the complimentary mini abalone dish are also well liked as food not not too salty. Disappointed with beehoon as too wet for our liking otherwise taste is ok. Portion is good for 10-12 pax. Will definitely order from this caterer again as it’s rare that we like most of the items. Another amazing thing is the 8 items can be from any category, its flexibility of choice is amazing.
