"On time but food quality lacking "

The food came mostly lukewarm and it was hard to heat up as we had no microwave. So by the time our guest arrived most of the dishes were cold. The fish in particular was hard to eat; thick flour, tasteless fish meat and the sauce was more syrup ... More than sauce - very sweet. In general the food were all very starchy. Only saving grace is the salt baked chicken which is soft and tender. Everything else was lacking.
