"Setup needs improvement, food just alright; not fantastic"

-Communication was bad; dealt with an officer named Hamzah and later saw on Facebook that he was fired but there was no personal email sent to us to let us know. Had to WhatsApp them to confirm our order.
-Closer to the date, no update til 1 ... More minute before scheduled delivery, whereby the deliveryman said he would arrive in 15min and set up in 15min but he arrived in about 25-30min and set up in about 25min.
-Setup was bad. Food was cold because the chafing dish was big but there was only 1 burner for each dish. Chafing dish didn't fit into the base so all the steam escaped.
-Our cauliflower eventually went bad because it was not being heated properly.
-Insufficient drinks; was promised a second bottle of syrup but the man who set it up spilled it in the van and never gave it to us.
-Kangkong was mainly the stalk and not much of the leaves
