This was my second time ordering as other caterers are full (first time was a few years ago with average food quality)
Most dishes are quite blend including braised dishes and soup; meat in soup not tender enough. Can improve with more ... More sauce/spices and gravy, and more varied cooking methods. Inconsistent use of lids or plastic sealing of opted microwavable containers; tend to leak or feel oily on the exterior regardless.

We would like to express our sincerest apologies on the unpleasant experience you have been through. As our company takes such food quality matters ... More very seriously, our kitchen has proceeded to review the dishes mentioned in your feedback.

We would also like to apologize for the change of using container lids for a short period due to the shortage of seals during COVID-19 period. We have used back our sealing method to avoid food spillage immediately when there are stocks for us to use.

As we strive to provide the best food for our customers, we have escalated your feedback and concerns to our chefs and kitchen staff to improve on our dishes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to continuously improve to serve you better.
