Toufu not enough for 30 pax. Chicken not suitable to cook with salted egg. Prawns was fresh, fried rice abit blend. Though stated halibut fish but was lower grade halibut. Delivery suppose to come at 5pm but came at 5 30pm, after set up (need to ... More pour hot water to heat up) & starts eating was 5 45pm. Delivery man said coming to pack up at 7pm, thats merely one hr 15,mins, very rushing for us. Bargain to come at 7 30pm & they ask me to call caterer.....
