Further to our conversation with your husband (Peter), we understand that out of 2 sets of food delivered to you on 30th August, 1 set of the food was affected.

You may like to note that our food ... More was cooked in bulk together with orders for several other customers, who are having the same menu. Thus, we are unable to establish the main reason why only 1 set was impacted and your second set and the rest of the orders were not affected. Nonetheless, we would still like to provide you with a full refund of your order out of goodwill gesture.

Please be assured that we placed great priority on our food safety standards, and we will continue to find out the cause of your query.
