The other day when i order catering from your side the food was ok but the delivery guy forgot our sauces. Chilli sauce for siew mai, tartar sauce for our scallop. The curry we receive one of the container the gravy spilled out.

When i call and ... More request from him to return back he says that he have already reach pasir ris hence too late if he were to return back.

Since this event is attended by my big bosses it does reflect bad on me as someone whom can't coordinate properly. Even the packet drinks that you say that will give us extra 5 pack but we never receive, that i have to run out of office and purchase that extra drinks which is not claimable since its not stated in your invoice.
